Molson Coors is hiring a Human Resources Intern for its Early Talent Program, a full-time summer internship from May 3 to August 6 for Canadian interns and May 25 to August 6 for U.S. interns. The intern will identify process efficiencies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects involving recruiting, inclusion and belonging, enterprise onboarding, and training, and gain exposure to recruiting, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee engagement, and general HR responsibilities. Applicants must be undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or an equivalent field.
