The New York Independent System Operator is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the development of an organization-wide competency framework. The intern will research competency practices, develop and map core, leadership, and role-specific competencies, define proficiency levels, prepare stakeholder materials, analyze feedback, create documentation and interview guidance, and connect competencies to professional development and succession planning. The internship is hybrid, with employees expected to be local to the Albany, New York area, and offers a salary range of $22 to $33 USD.
