Sezzle is hiring a remote Human Resources Intern in Colombia to support recruiting operations and improve candidate experience. The intern will manage the applicant tracking system, conduct phone screens, help develop recruiting best practices, coordinate recruiting events, and assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis. Applicants should be pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, have HR or recruiting exposure, be interested in startups, and be proficient with Claude or comparable large language model tools.
