Description
The Hanover is recruiting college students for a 10-week summer HR internship from June through mid-August. The intern will support one or more HR Centers of Excellence, including compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, benefits, and shared services; contribute to employee-experience improvement; perform analytical and problem-solving work; and present a final project to management. The role requires full-time commitment, U.S. work eligibility without sponsorship, strong communication and organizational skills, and working knowledge of Excel.
