Wellmark is hiring a Human Resources Intern for its 2027 Summer Internship Program. The intern will support Human Resources team members with interpersonal relationship-building, project and operational work, research deliverables, communication, facilitation, business acumen, networking, and peer engagement. The internship begins in May 2027 on a hybrid schedule from Wellmark’s headquarters in Des Moines. Applicants must be current sophomores pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related program, and must have strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, customer-relations, and Microsoft Office skills. Wellmark does not consider applicants requiring immigration sponsorship.
