Vertiv is hiring participants for its Human Resources Leadership Development Program, a three-rotation, one-year development program for recent master graduates. Participants rotate through areas such as Center of Excellence, Global HR, and Plant HR, may complete a rotation outside Westerville, Ohio, and receive mentorship, training, and exposure to senior leaders. The program seeks candidates with a relevant master’s degree and at least one relevant HR internship or one year of related professional experience.
