Amazon Web Services is hiring a Human Resources Leadership Development Program intern for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, 12-week in-person internship in Seattle, Washington, for summer 2027. The intern will work on a high-visibility project with one of several HR teams, develop people strategies, and create strategic programs addressing business priorities. Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed a relevant master's degree, with MBA or master's conferral between December 1, 2027 and September 30, 2028; professional or military experience, project and program management experience, global or matrixed HR experience, and strong problem-solving and coaching skills are preferred.
