Description
Ricoh Electronics is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead Talent Management within its Shared Services HR team for Ricoh Electronics and ETRIA Manufacturing. The role oversees recruiting, contingent workforce management, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workers’ compensation, employee engagement, CSR/SDG activities, and training; develops goals and budgets; refines HR policies and systems; coaches leaders; escalates employee relations cases; supports audits and data requests; and manages vendor and staffing-agency relationships. The position requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, 24-7 manufacturing environment with limited resources, strong compliance, prioritization, and continuous-improvement capabilities.
