CNS is hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager to plan, coordinate, and administer human resources activities across its California and Texas locations. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, surveys, dispute investigations, leadership meetings, and management reporting, with a Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. schedule and travel to Texas CNS locations. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, while business experience and PHR or SPHR certification are preferred.
