Description
The HR Manager will oversee HR operations at an assigned site, managing the employee lifecycle from recruiting through retention, supporting HR staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. The role requires at least five years of human resources experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel; bilingual English-Spanish ability, manufacturing or industrial experience, and an HR certification are preferred. The position is primarily office-based with moderate plant-floor exposure and offers a salary range of 100,000 to 110,000.
