Elevate Textiles is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its Burlington manufacturing operation in Raeford, North Carolina. The role leads human resources initiatives including employee engagement and retention, recruiting, training and development, benefit administration, employee relations, compensation administration, safety, and regulatory compliance. The manager will also coach and mentor the management team and employees to support business and facility performance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of HR generalist experience with management responsibility, manufacturing experience, strong communication and employee-relations skills, and knowledge of employment laws; prior training and safety program management is preferred.
