Description
The Human Resources Manager will serve on the Senior Management Team and oversee HR activities across the Woodlands, Deer Lake Power, and Newsprint Mill divisions. The role covers health and safety, employee relations, collective agreements and union relations, recruitment, succession planning, labour oversight, budgeting, training, and performance management, with direct reports including HR Advisors, Schedulers, Coordinators, an Occupational Health Nurse, and a Coach. The position is permanent, based at the Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Mill, and pays $140,000-$160,000.
