Description
The Human Resources Manager will lead the resort’s HR policy, recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, personnel administration, labor compliance, training, performance management, employee relations, employer branding, HR reporting, and occupational safety initiatives. The role requires higher education in human resources, labor law, or management, significant HR management experience, knowledge of Moroccan labor law, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, HR software proficiency, and fluent French.
