AQUATECH is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Cochrane, Alberta to manage full-cycle recruitment for water and wastewater treatment operators and other roles across Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario, while supporting employee records, HR policies, certifications, employee relations, performance management, training, and health and safety compliance. The role is based in the Cochrane office with regular 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. flexible hours Monday through Friday and hybrid work subject to discussion. Candidates need a diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, at least five years of full-cycle recruitment or human resources experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
