Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
preferably within a luxury hotel or international hospitality environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, payroll coordination, HR budgeting, and employee benefits administration.
Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and HR reporting.
