Description

INCOG BioPharma Services, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary off-shift HR partner at its Fishers, Indiana GMP-regulated CDMO facility. The role is on-site Tuesday through Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. EST and focuses on employee relations, investigations, leave administration, performance management, compliance, HR policy, compensation and benefits support, payroll training, and HR analytics/reporting to maintain operational continuity across day and night shifts.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years handling complex employee relations cases independently, including investigations and documentation under regulatory scrutiny
Preferred Qualifications: HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP
Experience in GMP-regulated environments
Experience with PEOs and co-employment models
Workforce analytics and data-driven recommendation skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
Independent judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities
