Description
Lunit is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead a six-person HR team and establish HR direction and systems supporting the company’s mission and organizational growth. The role covers HR and general HR operations, including onboarding, organization, attendance, performance, compensation, promotion, hiring, policy design, risk management, and decision-making support. It requires at least 10 years of HR experience, leadership experience, strong English communication, cross-stakeholder analysis, knowledge of labor laws and HR systems in Korea and major foreign countries, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The position is full-time at Lunit’s headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul, with a three-month probation period and salary determined after the interview.
