The Human Resources Manager supports MAT Holdings’ Operations teams by administering employment records, HRIS, benefits, payroll, employee relations, workers’ compensation, safety training, incident investigations, performance management, and operational-improvement programs. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, knowledge of labor laws, confidentiality, customer service, and Microsoft Office proficiency; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with three years of human resources experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
