Description
The Manager of Human Resources will lead HR operations for Midas Chain, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, salary administration, workplace safety, immigration support, HR technology, compliance, policy development, training, and employee relations. The role partners with department heads, supports managers and staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and manages HR vendor relationships. Candidates need 3–5 years of HR experience, Microsoft Office and HRIS proficiency, knowledge of employment and labor laws, and strong communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills; manufacturing and fashion or jewelry experience are advantageous.
