Description
The Human Resources Manager will lead full-cycle recruitment, new-hire orientation and onboarding, multi-state employment compliance, employee support, HR operations, and related process-improvement initiatives. The role requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, significant recruiting responsibility, knowledge of federal and state employment laws, and familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems. It is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week position with an in-office schedule of three days per week and requires the employee to live within commuting distance of Cumberland Foreside, Maine.
