Oatey is hiring a Human Resources Manager to provide on-site HR leadership at a manufacturing or distribution facility in North Las Vegas. The role oversees HR programs and policies, leave administration, recruitment, onboarding, performance and workplace issues, compliance, training, and workforce engagement while supporting site operations and leadership. The position requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, on-site office work five days per week, flexible-shift availability, and the ability to walk the operations floor or plant environment.
