Description
The Human Resources Manager oversees core HR functions in a manufacturing and regulated environment, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll oversight, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, HR operations, workforce planning, and culture development. The role partners with employees, managers, leadership, Finance, Operations, and vendors; maintains HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and reporting systems; and supports audits and process improvements. It is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas, with in-office and remote work, and requires at least five years of progressive human resources experience.
