Description
The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR strategy, lead recruitment, onboarding, talent retention, training, performance evaluation, compensation, benefits, and professional development, advise management on organizational structure and talent management, oversee labor relations and compliance, promote workplace culture, manage HR metrics, lead the HR team, and participate in transformation and digitalization projects. The role requires a relevant degree, at least five years of responsible HR experience, team and strategic project leadership, labor legislation knowledge, recruitment experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills. It is based in the Campo de Cartagena area, follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and offers a salary of 45–50K fixed plus bonus.
