Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions for Black Family Hospitality, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, labor-law compliance, affirmative action, disciplinary procedures, performance management, HR policy development, recordkeeping, reporting, and guidance to staff and management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive human resources management experience, and knowledge of employment and labor laws; HR certification, HRIS familiarity, and conflict-resolution training are preferred.
