Description
The Human Resources Manager will serve as the HR leader for a business unit, partnering with the BU President to align workforce strategy with business performance. The role owns workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, leadership coaching, performance management, employee relations, labor cost and productivity, HR policy compliance, and data-driven people decisions. It requires at least 8 years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, along with senior-leader partnership, employee-advocacy judgment, leadership-development experience, and the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
