The Human Resources Manager collaborates with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals and manages complex employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy guidance, recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, records, and compliance. The role requires a four-year degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of HR management experience, two years in multi-shift manufacturing operations, and two years with a unionized labor force.
