Description
The Human Resources Manager serves as the on-site operational owner for CEPA and Qualastat’s HR function across three locations in Chandler, Arizona and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The role leads HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, total rewards, leave administration, workforce analytics, compliance, organizational integration, and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of human resources experience including at least three years in a manager or business partner role, and knowledge of HR systems, benefits, employment practices, and Arizona labor laws. The position is on-site with reporting to two Chandler locations and quarterly travel to Gettysburg.
