VeroTouch is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Salida, Colorado, for a hybrid role requiring two days on-site and three days remote. The position reports to executive leadership and oversees HR strategy, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR analytics. It requires at least eight years of progressive HR generalist or management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with Colorado employment laws and construction-related safety standards. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision coverage available after 90 days and other benefits.
