Description
Amazon is hiring an Associate Partner, HR for a six-month fixed-term contract at the Satolas et Bonce site. The role provides responsive employee support through in-person, email, and phone channels; handles HR requests, time and attendance issues, benefits, policies, payroll, employee data, engagement initiatives, and people metrics; escalates complex employee relations issues; and supports employees in using digital HR tools. The position requires on-site work at an Amazon facility, flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and rotating shifts, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
