Wave is hiring a Human Resources Officer for its office in Douala, Cameroon to serve as the first point of contact for employee onboarding, compliance, HR requests, and broader People team support. The role focuses on managing end-to-end onboarding, maintaining employee records and HRIS data, supporting HR audits, payroll preparation, offboarding, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. The position is permanent, office-based in Cameroon, requires English and French fluency, and asks for 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience plus a bachelor’s degree in business administration, social studies, or equivalent.
