Description
Intuitive is hiring an HR Partner to provide high-touch, client-facing human resources support to Centers of Expertise, HR Business Leaders, managers, and employees. The role partners with People Services and COEs, resolves complex HR issues, coaches senior management and employees, leads recurring HR programs, supports talent and performance initiatives, analyzes HR data, and acts as a local HR representative for large employee populations. The position requires at least 8 years of human resources experience in a manufacturing environment, 8 years in a client-facing role, 8 years in an HR or COE role, and 5 years in a global and distributed work environment, with an onsite requirement of five days per week in Sunnyvale, California.
