This role involves supporting recruitment and onboarding for interns and junior profiles, leading the internship campaign, managing HR administrative processes, and contributing to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also focus on designing and implementing well-being initiatives and participating in cross-functional HR projects.
