Description
Mono is hiring an HR Specialist to support its development teams by participating in recruitment, improving HR processes, leading onboarding and offboarding, supporting employees throughout their work cycle, monitoring satisfaction and retention metrics, and collaborating with department managers on staffing needs. The role is based on-site in Osijek, Croatia, with occasional hybrid work, and requires 2–3 years of human resources experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Croatian and English proficiency, and familiarity with ATS tools.
