The employer is seeking an autonomous HR Manager focused on soft HR for an international association based in Brussels. The role operates on a two-day-per-week schedule and covers talent acquisition and onboarding, the EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, HR policies and performance management, and daily employee support. Payroll and hard HR are handled by a dedicated colleague. The position requires experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist, professional English fluency, and availability immediately or at short notice.
