Description
The American Bankers Association is hiring a Human Resources & Learning Development Intern to support strategic HR initiatives across employee experience, workforce development, learning and development, benefits research, employee engagement, AI workforce enablement, and program administration. The role is based in Washington, DC, requires at least two onsite days per week, and is full-time for 37.5 hours per week. The internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027, with a pay rate of $30 per hour for graduate students expected to graduate in December 2027 or later.
