DGTL SG is hiring a Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to support recruitment operations for BTSE Group. The role focuses on recruitment data quality and reporting, ATS and recruitment technology maintenance, process compliance, candidate experience initiatives, and alignment of recruitment efforts with business and workforce planning objectives. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, while fresh graduates are welcome; prior HR or administrative internship experience, ATS familiarity, and basic recruitment-process knowledge are preferred.
