Celonis is hiring a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner in its Raleigh office to support growth-oriented GTM technical organizations. The role manages the full-cycle recruitment process for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Value Engineering roles; partners with hiring managers, HR, compensation, and other stakeholders; develops sourcing strategies; manages candidate experience; provides market intelligence; and analyzes recruitment metrics using Celonis’s ATS and sourcing tools. The position requires technical GTM recruitment experience, end-to-end recruitment expertise, sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
