Description
Quantium is hiring a Lead TA Partner, Engineering to own end-to-end talent acquisition for its Engineering vertical. The role partners with the CTO and senior technology leaders, manages requisition pipelines across engineering levels, develops pipelines for critical technical roles, contributes to employer branding and recruitment process improvement, and leads a small team of technical recruiters. The position requires seasoned technical recruiting experience, strategic partnership with senior stakeholders, people leadership, and strong sourcing capabilities. It operates under a hybrid model with three office days per week and flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
