Description

Shield AI is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to develop, train, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for perception and autonomy in defense and autonomous systems. The role covers vision, vision-language, and vision-language-action models; data pipelines, supervised fine-tuning, evaluation, embedded deployment with ONNX and TensorRT, and collaboration with research, autonomy, platform, and software teams. Candidates need substantial related experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, production computer vision experience, strong C++ and Python skills, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
