Description
The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic HR partner to TPC’s Houston Operations and Port Neches Terminal sites, partnering with plant and functional leaders on workforce strategy, safety culture, leadership development, employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compliance, labor relations, and change management. The role requires an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, at least eight years of human resource management experience, knowledge of applicable employment laws, and travel between the two Texas sites up to 25% of the time.
