AXS is hiring a Manager, Human Resources to support its Contact Center and corporate offices in Frisco and Scottsdale. The role partners with the Vice President of the Contact Center and other business-unit leaders on employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, compensation, payroll, HRIS data, workforce analytics, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. It requires at least five years of progressive human resources generalist experience, including Contact Center experience, and offers a salary of $85,000-$95,000 plus a bonus and full-time benefits.
