Description
The Manager, Human Resources reports to the Plant Manager and serves as the primary onsite HR leader for a unionized location. The role leads recruitment, employee engagement, labour relations, collective agreement administration, grievance and arbitration support, investigations, training, attendance and disability programs, and plant-management HR planning. It requires 5–7 years of HR experience including labour relations, knowledge of employment standards and human rights, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Kronos. The hiring range is CAD $87,627–$116,836, with a potential bonus of up to 8% of base salary.
