Deutsche Post DHL Group is hiring a full-time HR Manager in Managua, Nicaragua, to lead the Human Resources function for the country. The role manages HR processes and teams across talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and development, engagement, HR administration, change management, compliance, labor relations, and health and safety; advises business managers; develops HR policies; represents the company with labor authorities and unions; and manages the HR budget. The position requires a university degree in Human Resources or a similar field, at least 10 years of HR experience, fluent English and Spanish, and strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven skills.
