DHL Express is hiring an HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for Nicaragua. The role manages HR processes and teams across talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and development, engagement, HR administration, change management, compliance, labor relations, and health and safety; manages the HR budget; develops HR policies; advises business managers; and represents the company before labor authorities and workers’ associations. The position requires a university degree in Human Resources or a similar field, at least 10 years of HR experience, fluent English and Spanish, and strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven skills.
