Description
This senior HR leadership role oversees HR operations across a home office and project sites, primarily in the Americas and Western Hemisphere. The position manages talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, HR systems, compliance, reporting, process improvement, and a team of HR Generalists or Business Partners. It requires at least 10 years of experience in a similar or senior HR role within a project-led global organization, US employment law experience, and familiarity with matrix organizations in the oil and gas industry.
