Description
Ohr is hiring a Manager, People Operations for a six-month temporary engagement in the Greater Denver-Boulder area, with intent to convert to a permanent full-time position once the Colorado headquarters is operational. The role owns the employee lifecycle, HRIS administration, PEO payroll and benefits administration, multi-state compliance, employee relations, and scalable people processes, while partnering with the Head of People & Talent to onboard approximately 50 local hires. Candidates need at least five years of people operations or HR generalist experience, including HRBP experience in a startup or hyper-growth company, and must be based in or willing to commute to the Greater Denver-Boulder area. Compensation is $48–$58 per hour during the temporary term, with $90,000–$110,000 base plus equity upon conversion.
