Description
GovPilot is hiring a full-time, remote People Operations Manager in the United States to own HR operations across its global workforce, including employee lifecycle administration, payroll and benefits, compliance, employee relations, policy, HR systems, reporting, and finance partnerships. The role requires at least five years of progressive HR experience, including ownership of HR for a 100+ person company or comparable business unit, and experience with PEO arrangements and global workforce structures. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer, starts as soon as possible, and is open for four weeks.
