Element Electronics is hiring a full-time Manager of Human Resources to lead plant-level HR operations and serve as a business partner to plant leadership. The role oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records, compliance, performance management, employee relations, vendor management, HR program implementation, training, and community engagement, while managing direct reports and supporting plant operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related HR field, at least five years of human resources leadership and operations management experience, and knowledge of employment laws and HR technology systems. It is a Monday-through-Friday role with possible evening and weekend work, travel throughout the United States, and plant-floor engagement.
