PCA is hiring a Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager for its Filer City Mill. The role directs all mill Human Resources activities, including collective bargaining, labor arbitration and grievance representation, EEO and affirmative action compliance, safety and security programs, employee recruitment, salary and benefit administration, and public and media relations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Labor & Industrial Relations or a similar field, at least five years of Human Resources and Labor Relations experience, and at least three years negotiating labor contracts and handling arbitrations and grievances. The starting salary range is $108,500 to $201,500, with medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days of employment.
