Simular is hiring a People & Operations Generalist to support its Palo Alto headquarters as the company scales. The role owns office management, payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation and compliance, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, and operational workflow improvements. Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, payroll and HRIS experience, strong organizational skills, and be based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area.
